Photos processed in your browser

Frame Studio and the wallpaper tools generally process the photo you select on your device. Selecting or editing a photo does not by itself upload that original photo to GTH. A copy is uploaded only when you deliberately submit a finished image to GTH for review or use a feature that clearly says it will send the file.

Information from others

We may receive information from service providers, social platforms when you interact with our pages, business partners, or another person who submits content involving you. Do not submit another person’s private information or image unless you have permission to do so.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
  • Create requested downloads, profiles, share links, results, and other tool outputs.
  • Review, moderate, publish, and manage community submissions and Home Range profiles.
  • Deliver Field Notes, requested downloads, launch updates, service messages, and responses.
  • Attribute referrals and show aggregate referral impact, such as visitors or new creators generated by a shared link.
  • Detect abuse, protect the Services and community, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our Terms.
  • Process orders, deliver products, maintain transaction records, and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights.
  • Create aggregated or deidentified statistics that do not reasonably identify an individual.

5. Information that may be public

The Home Range and Field Wall are community-facing features. If you add or claim a Home Range pin, your first name, approximate vicinity-level location, state or province, interests, skill level, selected avatar, optional social handle, and optional profile answers may be displayed publicly after any required review. Your email address is not displayed publicly.

If you submit a Field Moment and grant permission, we may publish the submitted image, caption, first name, state, social handle, category, and frame information on GTH websites or channels. We review submissions before publication. Custom anthem stories are private unless you affirmatively choose a sharing option.

Protect your location and safety. Do not submit exact home addresses, hunting coordinates, private-land access details, children’s identifying information, or anything you do not want reviewed by GTH. Public information can be copied or reshared by others outside our control.

If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Users under the age of legal majority should involve a parent or guardian before submitting public content or making a purchase.

11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
