Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, or by submitting content or information through them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or submit information.

1. Agreement and definitions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Girls That Hunt (“GTH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “Services” means GirlsThatHunt.com and the websites, tools, forms, content, downloads, products, and features we operate, including Home Range, Frame Studio, Field Anthem, GTH Wallpapers, Field Notes, the Field Wall, and partner experiences.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms. Additional terms shown for a specific order, promotion, giveaway, or feature also apply. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms on that specific subject, the more specific terms control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to submit personal information, create or claim a Home Range profile, join Field Notes, or submit content. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use submission, purchase, or public-profile features only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases require you to be at least 18 or to have a parent or guardian complete or authorize the transaction.

You represent that the information you provide is truthful, that you have authority to agree to these Terms, and that your use of the Services will comply with applicable law.

3. The Services

GTH provides creative and community tools, editorial content, public-profile features, downloadable graphics, music and quiz experiences, and opportunities to submit content for review. Features may be experimental, labeled “coming soon,” offered only in certain locations, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We do not promise that every submission will be accepted, published, matched, delivered, or remain available. Quiz results and creative matches are for entertainment and inspiration. Referral totals and community statistics may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or affected by browser settings and technical limitations.

You are responsible for compatible equipment, internet access, backing up downloads, and reviewing an output before posting or relying on it.

4. Outdoor, hunting, and firearms safety

The Services are not safety, legal, medical, survival, firearm, wildlife-management, or professional instruction. Outdoor activities can cause serious injury, death, property damage, or legal consequences.

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate training, permissions, licenses, tags, equipment, supervision, and current information before participating in any outdoor activity. Always follow firearm-safety rules, landowner requirements, weather and fire restrictions, and all federal, tribal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

Do not use the Home Range or community content to locate another person’s home, infer a private hunting location, trespass, harass, or access land without permission. Map pins are approximate community markers and are not navigational, property-boundary, emergency, or legal-location data.

5. Your content and public profiles

What you own

You retain any ownership rights you have in photos, captions, stories, lyrics, profile text, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You are responsible for User Content and for having all permissions needed to submit and authorize our use of it.

License needed to operate the Services

When you submit User Content, you grant GTH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical or editorial presentation, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to provide, review, moderate, secure, and support the requested Service.

If you choose a sharing permission, submit a Field Moment for possible feature, or create a public profile, you also grant GTH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, crop, resize, format, caption, display, distribute, and promote the authorized User Content on GTH websites, social channels, emails, community materials, and related promotional media. This permission does not transfer your ownership. We will not sell your submitted photo as a standalone stock image without separate permission.

You may withdraw future public use by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the content from channels we control, but withdrawal does not require recall of printed materials, removal of content already reshared by others, or undoing uses completed before withdrawal.

Your promises about User Content

You represent that User Content:

  • is yours or you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it;
  • does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • does not identify a child or include another person’s private information without appropriate permission;
  • does not reveal exact sensitive locations, illegal conduct, or information that would endanger a person, animal, property, or resource; and
  • does not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, sexually explicit, or malicious material.

We may reject, remove, hide, edit for formatting, or stop displaying User Content at our discretion, including when we believe it violates these Terms or may harm the community.

6. GTH content, trademarks, and downloads

The Services and their software, designs, templates, frames, illustrations, artwork, music, lyrics, photographs, text, branding, logos, and other GTH-provided material are owned by GTH or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Girls That Hunt,” “GTH,” associated logos, and trade dress are GTH marks. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, GTH grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the public Services and to download tool outputs for your personal, noncommercial use and ordinary personal social sharing. You may share a finished frame, Field Pass, result card, or wallpaper you created, including the GTH branding included in the output.

Unless we separately authorize it in writing, you may not:

  • sell, sublicense, license, or redistribute GTH templates, frames, music, lyrics, artwork, or downloadable assets as standalone products;
  • remove ownership notices or use GTH marks in a way that implies sponsorship, employment, or endorsement;
  • use GTH assets in merchandise, paid advertising, commercial client work, datasets, model training, or another product or service; or
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or extract substantial portions of the Services except where law expressly permits it.

Commercial partners and sponsors must obtain written permission or enter a separate agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • break the law, encourage unsafe conduct, facilitate poaching or trespass, or violate hunting, wildlife, firearm, or land-access rules;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of another person;
  • collect member information, map data, social handles, or content for surveillance, solicitation, profiling, resale, or an unauthorized database;
  • upload malware, bypass security, interfere with operation, probe vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, or gain unauthorized access;
  • manipulate referral statistics, create fraudulent submissions, misrepresent affiliation, or use bots to generate traffic or entries;
  • submit content you do not have permission to use or that violates Section 5; or
  • use the Services to develop or promote a competing dataset, template library, or automated content service through unauthorized copying.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, block, remove, or report activity when reasonably appropriate.

8. Orders, payments, promotions, and email

Orders and payments

If GTH offers paid products or custom services, the price, included deliverables, estimated timing, revisions, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and any special license will be shown at checkout or in order-specific terms. You authorize the payment processor to charge the stated amount. Taxes and currency conversion may apply. Payment-card information is handled by the processor rather than stored by GTH.

Customized or personalized work may be nonrefundable once work begins, but the exact policy shown before purchase controls and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Giveaways and promotions

Giveaways, contests, and promotions may have separate official rules, eligibility limits, and deadlines. Those rules control that promotion. A social platform’s hosting of a GTH page does not mean that platform sponsors or administers a GTH promotion unless the rules expressly say so.

Field Notes

By joining Field Notes, you ask to receive GTH updates and promotional communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the method in the email or by contacting us. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to fulfill a request or order.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third parties, including Supabase, Vercel, Mapbox, Stripe, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other community, payment, hosting, or sharing services. GTH does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, email info@girlsthathunt.com with: your contact information; identification of the protected work or right; the URL or clear location of the material; an explanation of the issue; a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith; and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We may request additional information before acting.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” GTH DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device; that content or map information will be accurate; that a submission will be selected; that a quiz match will meet your expectations; or that downloads will remain available. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTH AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITIES, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTH’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GTH FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) US $100.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited. You may also have non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GTH and its owners, personnel, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful or unsafe conduct, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require indemnification for GTH’s own unlawful conduct where such a requirement is prohibited.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, refuse a submission, remove content, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or community, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or operate the business. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, licenses already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

15. Disputes and general terms

Before filing a formal claim, you and GTH agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Send notices to the email in Section 17. This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary.

Applicable law, including consumer-protection law, governs these Terms. We are not imposing mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver in this version of the Terms. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful personal and subject-matter jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; GTH may assign them in connection with a business transfer or reorganization. These Terms and applicable additional terms are the entire agreement concerning the Services.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate or legally required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
